Applications are invited from the UGC-NET qualified candidates for the registration for research leading to the award of Ph. D. Degree of the University for the year 2025 (July Session), as per the Regulations for the award of the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy by Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, 2025 (https://research.mgu.ac.in/regulations/), prepared based on the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree), Regulations 2022.
Online application start date: 01.07.2025 (10.15 AM)
Last date of submission of Application: 31.07.2025 (4.45 PM)
General Instructions
- Incomplete / Defect applications will be summarily rejected.
- The online application portal will be opened from 01.07.2025 (10.15 AM) to 31.07.2025 (4.45PM)
- Fees once remitted will not be refunded.
- Original supporting documents should be produced at the time of Doctoral Interview / at the time
intimated by the University. - Ensure that the documents uploaded are clear and readable.
- Any communication from the part of the University will be made via the candidate's registered email ID.
